This site, Veterans Information is filled with information that pertains
to all of our military veterans whether you are on active duty, a reserve or no
longer serving! There is information
here for the families of veterans. Topics
covered range from Agent Orange exposure and all of its related health concerns
I will be focusing on the parts of the site that relate to Iraq and Afghanistan veterans, as that is my primary area of concern.
The owner of this site has dedicated his time and energy to
accumulating and presenting the most current information regarding these
topics. He is a

There is a search option on his site that I find very helpful. You will find it on the home page near the top. I used it to see if there was any information on our National Guardsmen. Did you know he has a page of links set up to take you to each state’s National Guard information site ? You also can find a listing of each state’s Veterans Service Officer (VSO), something that might interest to you if you don’t have one or might be looking to change to a different one.
Veterans Information is set up to provide you with easy to navigate pages filled with information. We all have sat down and used a search engine such as Google to seek out information many a time. So you know how tiring, time consuming and sometimes frustrating that can be.
The owner, Snakecharmer, has put together his site, so you don’t have to surf the net looking for the information, it is all here at your fingertips! Some of his links require Adobe Reader, Excel Viewer or Power Point to view. He has provided links to free downloads of these programs so you are able to view them. He has done everything possible to make this as easy a process as he can for you!
“I started this site with the hopes of helping as many
veterans, wives, and family members, to find information
on the problems of PTSD, Agent Orange, Diabetes,
the Gulf War Syndrome and other problems that face us
each day. So if you can’t find it here and have a question,
please ask and we will try to find an answer or put you in
the right direction.”
“War is hell on all, not just the veteran.”
I didn’t even touch on the pages that have the memorials to our veterans, the pictures, the videos and last but not least, the links to other sites. I never expected to find that information on the National Guard, let alone such an extensive list of links under each and every page on his site, whether it deals with Agent Orange, PTSD, OIF/OEF or Blue Water Navy. There is so much more here than I can even hope to cover, so you really need to go to his site, Veterans Information, and bookmark it for future use!
