A new candidate for Congress has hit our radar. He's a Major in the Marine Corps Reserve. While we don't know his positions on Afghanistan and Iraq, we have asked his Twitter Staff. Still, his position on National Defense is stronger than his opponent, Barney Frank's, who has repeatedly called for cuts in DoD Budgets, as well as Troop Authorizations, even during this time of war.

Evidently the race for Frank's seat is tightening and that is a good thing, as Frank is one of the strongest opponents of the Military on the Hill. Frankly, I didn't think that it was even in contention.
