KABUL, Afghanistan – A combined Afghan and coalition security force discovered a weapons cache while on patrol in Tarin Kot district, Uruzgan province, Dec. 15.
The cache consisted of six rocket-propelled grenade warheads, 12 RPG motors, two stick grenades, more than 500 rounds of small arms ammunition and various improvised explosive device components. The security force confiscated the materials to be destroyed at a later date.
