There are many ways to Support the Troops but would you do more if it were easier to figure out meaningful ways to do so? One of my frequent conversations involves the need of an Umbrella Organization that would vet and list those Veteran's Organizations and Military Support Charities in a single place of reference.
MsMarti has been working hard to categorize and identify as many of these organizations as possible and give YOU a place to reference them and find the one that is best suited to you. It's exhausting work and she is to be commended for her work thus far but it's important to hear back from those that have experienced these organizations and no one person can vet them all.
In no way is inclusion or exclusion of an organization an endorsement or an indictment of those programs and organizations. But I digress. This article is about a particular program by Fisher House. In the words of one woman I know, "Of course. That's such an easy way to contribute too. "

Fisher House focuses on the Families of our Troops, an on things the Government cannnot.
Their primary focus is providing housing to the families of Wounded Warriors while they are cared for but they do much more and this program is an easy way for YOU to do something.
