Marine Parents.com is a 501(c)(3) public charity that is all about supporting the families of Marines and providing education and a place to connect up with other parents and stay informed. Their website has a place where you can stay in touch with people around the world, across the country or in your own town.
They stress support for the Marine Corps as well as community awareness programs offering support for Marines and the Marine Corps. They offer support for the Wounded In Action (WIA) with a list of Marines that you can send a support letter to, and it will be forwarded on to that Marine in the hospital or wherever they might be at the time.
