If you find out that you aren't getting counted in the timeline, the first and fastest fix is to follow and send a concise, clear message to @delbius such as "My tweets aren't showing in the hashtag timeline" This solution was found by @Zion13!
Other points: If you keep tweeting the same thing, you'll get removed. If you tweet all of your messages from multiple accounts, you'll get removed. Review the TOS and be a good tweeter!
