Ten Terrorists Get 15 years to Life in Jordan Prison

Jordan Court Sentences 10 on Terror Charges

Jordan’s military court has sentenced 10 people convicted on terror charges to terms ranging from 15 years to life in prison.

The group was convicted of plotting attacks against Jordan’s intelligence service.

The court on Monday sentenced the group’s leader, Nabil Mohammed Amer, to life imprisonment. The Associated Press reports that Amer was the only suspect that possessed automatic weapons to use in the planned attacks.

The other nine all received 15-year sentences.
