14 March 2011 VOA News At least two people were killed and about 14 wounded in a prison riot Sunday in Iraq.
Police officials at the prison in former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein's hometown, Tikrit, said the wounded included seven prison guards.
Officials said the rioting was part of an escape plan by the prisoners.
There was no additional information on the condition of the wounded.
