On his way out the door, Admiral Mullen endorses cuts to Defense:
He mentions only the $450 Billion in cuts he endorsed in the 2011 Budget, not the $100 Billion endorsed in cuts in the 2010 Budget, nor the $230 Billion in cuts recommended by the POTUS in additional legislation, nor the "transparent" cuts made in 2009 by moving War funding from a separate budgetary item, without adding the actual money to the DoD Budget.
In "not breaking faith" with the Troops, he endorses cuts to Retirement benefits and pay. Admiral Mullen has been acting like a politician for years now and is talking in double-speak again.
