Taliban kill 3 Civilians in Parwan

The U.S. embassy and Afghan officials say gunmen have killed an American civilian and two Afghans in an area north of the capital, Kabul.

The Afghan officials said Tuesday that the three victims were riding in a vehicle in Parwan province when the gunmen attacked.  The American was reportedly working as an electrical engineer.

The Taliban claimed responsibility for the killings. VoA.
