suspected of conducting attacks against Afghan and coalition security forces in the district.
With the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s recent announcement of Tranche 5, Afghan National Security Forces are irreversibly taking the lead for Afghanistan’s security.
“We train very hard to ensure that we are an effective fighting force capable of providing security for our people and nation,” said Maj. Amiri, 1st SOK Executive Officer. We respect our people and try our best to demonstrate that we are here for them.”
All 10 persons of interest were transferred to the custody of the National Directorate of Security.
