He had recently returned from a tour in Iraq and had served in Operation Desert Storm.
Vincent is survived by wife Angela, children Kali, Jesse, Steven, Erica Ashlock Sepanski, and Christopher, grandchildren Addison and Brady and mother Margot Stengle. He was laid to rest at San Carlos Cemetary in Monterey, CA.
